We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Director of Membership, Quality Enhancement & Standards who shares our commitment to improving and promoting the UK’s world-class reputation for delivering a quality higher education experience for all students.

This role reports into the Executive Director of Operations and is responsible for the Membership, Quality Enhancement and Standards team, leading on the management and delivery of QAA’s membership experience.

This role is pivotal in driving growth for QAA – a key strategic priority, maximising opportunities and ensuring operational efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone that has experience and understanding of higher education, gained through extensive exposure to a range of (ideally registry or planning) roles and can build and develop customer relationships at a senior level.

It is important that you have solid project management and planning skills, as well as a thorough understanding of customer, brand and service development.
