We are looking for a progressive and creative Director of Marketing and Admissions to join us as we start an exciting new chapter of development at the University. We have recently embarked on the delivery of a new strategic plan which contains ambitious goals for further development across all aspects of academic provision, research and enterprise activity. In addition we have started to deliver on Campus 2025, our estates and learning environment strategy that will see considerable investment over the coming years.

Reporting directly to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, the Director will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of customer-focused, agile, effective and efficient services that support the delivery of the University’s Vison and Strategy, especially in relation to achieving UK student number targets across undergraduate and postgraduate study. They will lead teams covering all aspects of UK student recruitment, admissions, marketing, our digital platforms and communications. Working as a key member of the Vice-Chancellor’s Board, the Director will have significant experience of leadership and management in a Higher Education environment within an area pertinent to the role and will be able to demonstrate success in developing, implementing and monitoring strategies and relevant operational plans for institution-wide impact.
