Falmouth Business School is a flagship for the University’s deeply embedded approach to applied professional learning. The School’s programmes use the establishment of a new commercial business ventures as the learning vehicle. Students set up businesses while they are studying, and are supported from the outset to acquire the right skills to sustain their careers in the changing economic landscape.

The University is now ready to take its Business School to the next level, by establishing a much wider business portfolio that both develops core business knowledge and skills, and capitalises upon these skills in Falmouth’s entrepreneurial, multi-disciplinary, asset rich environment.

The University is seeking a dynamic individual, who is both a highly credible business thinker and educator, but who also shares this University’s vision of building a ‘real’ business school.

This individual will understand current and emergent business markets, will be able to inspire and develop staff in the development of new types of curriculum to meet these markets, and will be able to produce high value graduates with the skills required for the future economy.
