About the role
We are looking for a deputy across the wide range of Academic Planning functions, with an early focus on Registry functions where we have a clear agenda for change and service development. We need someone with experience of these services and the ambition to design a student-friendly, effective set of services while maintaining continuity of delivery. The successful candidate will be highly effective, people-focussed, with a clear track record of change management.

We teach around 8,000 students on a set of campuses around Bath, with most being located at Newton Park, including a listed Georgian house and grounds, or Locksbrook Road, our new city-centre art and design campus. We are looking to strengthen this team with two outstanding appointments. Each is designed to offer a transition from management into a strategic leadership role, and the appointees will be mentored and helped to move across this boundary, while performing across both domains.
