We are seeking applications for the role of Deputy Director Academic Programmes and Student Engagement & Head of Careers Service.

We invite applications from professional and highly motivated individuals who will play an active role in enhancing the Careers Service for a leading University whilst supporting the future success of Academic Programmes and Student Engagement (APSE) through cross department initiatives. Working with students, academic colleagues, and employers you will lead the way in developing, designing and delivering the services needed to ensure that we are preparing our graduates for life beyond their studies.

You will have significant experience of working at a senior level in a large organisation, with a track record of delivering high quality services. With a business focus, you will have experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders, and of delivering change and service improvements with evidence of impact at an organisational level. Knowledge of the current landscape within Higher Education Careers and Employability functions is a desirable advantage; change management and an unwavering commitment to providing outstanding service through an innovative approach is essential.
