The Strategic Planning and Analytics Office is a key professional service delivering insight to a wide range of stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making across the business. We are seeking an exceptional new colleague to join our team.

The post holder will work closely with colleagues from across the business, and specifically teams within Marketing and External Affairs (MEA), to deliver robust reporting and analytical insight to relevant stakeholders across the Coventry Group with a focus on supporting strategic and tactical marketing activities.

Our ideal candidate will bring expertise of turning data into insights, creating compelling reports, analysis and dashboards. Highly skilled in extracting and transforming data using a range of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Alteryx, you will be able to combine data from a range of sources, building robust data models to underpin your analysis and data visualisations.

You will have outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail and experience of working with complex datasets, and a sound understanding of data governance principles. You will work collaboratively with internal and external contacts, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage individual workloads and meet tight deadlines.

A strong visual and verbal communicator, you will be capable of presenting your work to both technical and non-specialist audiences and have a confident approach to making your insight count.
