The Strategic Planning and Analytics Office (SPAO) is a key professional service delivering insight to a wide range of stakeholders and supporting evidence-based decision-making across the business. We are seeking an exceptional new colleague to join our student recruitment and admissions focussed team to play a leading role in the continuous improvement of reporting capability from Salesforce CRM.

This is a new role that will work alongside our student recruitment and customer service teams in Coventry University Recruitment Ltd (CURA) to deliver compelling dashboards and reporting from our Salesforce CRM environment. CURA lives and breathes a passion for finding, enrolling, and supporting students to earn a Coventry University award. CURA works with future graduates from across the globe, helping them to study here in the UK, or in selected locations around the world.

Our ideal candidate will bring expertise of turning data into insights using Salesforce and Tableau CRM (Einstein analytics). Highly skilled in extracting and transforming data using business intelligence tools, you will combine data from a range of sources and build robust data models to underpin your analysis and data visualisations.

You may also be required to utilise Tableau, Alteryx, Experian Aperture and Business Objects (or similar) and be confident in reporting from a range of sources to deliver operational, strategic, and predictive intelligence.

Working with a team of analysts you will play a pivotal in supporting other analysts within the SPAO and operational colleagues within CURA to utilise Salesforce CRM reporting tools effectively in their roles.

You will have outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, experience of working with complex datasets, and a sound understanding of data governance principles. You will work collaboratively with internal and external contacts, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage individual workloads and meet tight deadlines. A strong visual and verbal communicator, you will be capable of presenting your work to both technical and non-specialist audiences and have a confident approach to making your insight count.
