Do you have excellent experience in evaluating and demonstrating impact of projects, programmes and interventions in higher education or a related setting? Do you have a track record in working collaboratively with partners in using data insights to demonstrate what works? This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone with the knowledge, expertise, passion and drive in evaluation. We are looking for two Academic Intervention Developers to work in partnership across multiple teams in schools and services to ensure effective data collection, analytics and evaluation processes are implemented, developed and adhered to, evolving practice in line with Office for Students requirements and building on what works across the university.

We are looking for people who have outstanding data analysis skills to analyse data insights gathered from our impact and evaluation work to create academic interventions in the curriculum. You will collaborate with schools to support us in achieving our Access and Participation targets as well as with access, progression and success for our students. You will contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the outcomes and impact of school’s projects and initiatives to assess effectiveness and alignment to institutional priorities through the collection and analysis of data and writing of reports.

To succeed you will have excellent experience of planning, designing and implementing development activities in academic settings to enhance teaching quality and the student learning experience, as well as extensive experience in designing and developing innovative projects and programmes in partnership with a range of stakeholders to build better outcomes and opportunities for students.
