This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of Middlesex University’s new Strategy for 2031, helping to grow the University’s external reputation and engagement. You will work with policy and public affairs colleagues and the wider communications and external engagement team to influence policy on higher education, research and skills at global, national, regional and local levels.

You will lead work to deepen the University’s external engagement and reputation across new thematic priorities equality in physical and mental health, equality, diversity and inclusion and sustainability. The role includes a particular focus on high profile collaborative national level work with students, the HE sector, Government and other partners on student drug use. You will advise and support the University’s leadership team, students and colleagues across the University, as well as high profile external decision makers and influencers.

This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen the University’s reputation at a critical time for the higher education sector. The role is based at the University’s Hendon campus in North London with opportunities for flexible and home working.
