Day rate of £213.97 to £269.78 (based on £46,645 to £58,812 per annum) dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience

Quality Manager

We are looking for Quality Managers who will be called upon to deliver QAA’s quality assurance, engagement and commercial activities. There is a range of duties you could be expected to undertake which include: leading and managing quality assurance reviews, Degree Awarding Powers scrutiny and concerns investigations, ensuring that they are delivered to published methods and contractual requirements.

You will also support the development and delivery of our wider engagement and enhancement activities, as well as the delivery of our products and services. This could include consultancy services, to a range of our subscribers and stakeholders, providing expert input as appropriate.

A good understanding of the UK higher education sector along with a thorough knowledge of baseline regulatory requirements for quality in UK higher education is essential for these roles

To be successful in the role, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience of working with a range of stakeholders. The ability to make effective decisions using sound judgement is key.

If you are interested in this role, you will be require to commit to a minimum of 55 days each year.

 

Quality Manager – Lead x 3

As we respond to the evolving Higher Education sector, we have identified the Quality Manager – Lead role as key to enabling us to deliver a service to our stakeholders, providers and customers that meets their expectations.

These roles will cover our teams in the North, South West and South East of England.

These roles will support the enhancement of our resource offering and strengthen our ability to be flexible and proactive. We are looking for candidates who, in addition to the Quality Manager Knowledge, experience and skills, also have experience of managing teams, preferably homebased.

The focus of these additional responsibilities will be communication within the team and supporting management with performance and development to enable effective delivery of our reviews, products and services. .

If you are interested in this role, you will be require to commit to a minimum of 75 days each year.

Both roles are homebased but will involve travel throughout the UK and occasionally to one of our offices.
