Providing an excellent staff experience is one of our goals and the University is looking to appoint a Head of HR Operations to provide an effective operational service to its staff, managers and future employees. Leading a team of around 35 people, you will report to the Director of HR Service Delivery.

You will be responsible for recruitment, the operational processes relating to the lifecycle of the employee and the provision of first line advice to employees and managers on HR policy and procedures.  To this end, you will drive the professional, timely and consistent implementation of operational and administrative workflow and be responsible for the quality of data, employee records and other compliance responsibilities. You will have solid previous experience in managing an HR operations team/shared services function and a track record of service improvement.
