We’re looking for someone with experience in delivering high quality services and projects for students and in managing an energetic and ambitious team of experts. We’ll help you develop skills as you work for us including training, qualifications and mentoring.
Students’ Unions aren’t just any membership charity – they’re active, democratic mutuals, using the energy and passion of their student members to deliver improvements to students’ lives. UEA Students’ Union’s Head of Education & Engagement will be at the centre of this, running a team of staff focussed on representing students’ views and making improvements to students’ education and overall experience.
The purpose of this role is to lead on operational representation and democracy – ensuring student leaders get the support and training they need to make a difference. To develop and implement the education and engagement strategies, ensuring students are involved in decision making across the SU and the University.
