Head of Development Services

A member of the Development and Alumni Relations Office’s (DARO) Senior Management Team, the Head of Development Services will lead a Development Services Team of specialists in planning and budgeting; regulation and compliance; gift processing and reporting; prospect research; market analysis insight; data protection, processing and analysis and oversee the successful integration of the individual specialist activities to support the mission and successful delivery of the University’s strategic priorities.
Experience of successfully managing and leading a high performing development services or operations team will be critical. You have excellent project and change management skills, developed within a large complex organisation. Analytical and technically savvy you have a highly developed knowledge and understanding of financial processes with proven experience of operational financial management, budgeting, analysis and reporting. As part of the DARO Senior Management Team you will work closely with the Director of Development & Alumni Relations in devising and delivering the overall departmental strategy.
