The Open University (OU) is looking for a highly experienced manager to lead our Change Communications Team.
As Head of Change Communications you will take the lead in helping our employees and students to understand and contribute to our programme of strategic and operational change. Through clear communication of major change programmes, the role helps to protect the OU’s core business and support our reputation as a top University which is inclusive and puts students first.
Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, you will work closely with colleagues at the highest level across the organisation to improve the University’s ability to respond to a changing HE environment and more competitive market place.
You must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and also have experience of leading, managing and developing a team of communications professionals in a large, complex organisation.
