A senior leadership position within Development & Alumni Relations Office (DARO), the Executive Head of Philanthropy will lead and manage a dynamic team of 17 specialists in principal and major donor giving, regular giving, legacies, cultivation and stewardship, trusts, foundations and corporations in order to grow philanthropic income to support the mission and delivery of the University’s strategic priorities.

To be successful in this role will require previous experience of managing and leading a high-performing fundraising team. You are self motivated and enjoy achieving ambitious targets. With a specialism in raising major gifts, you have a track record of securing six figure donations and higher, and supporting others in their solicitations. You will work closely with the Director of Development & Alumni Relations to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
