Recruitment

ECU is currently seeking to recruit two Equality Charters Advisers.

Salary: £33,790 per annum (pay award pending)

General description of the post

We seek to recruit two Equality Charters Advisers to support the operation and development of the Athena SWAN Charter, an internationally recognised recognition scheme for advancing and championing gender equality.

We welcome a broad range of candidates who will work together and within the existing team.

ECU welcomes all applicants and particularly men, disabled people and those from minority ethnic backgrounds as they are underrepresented at ECU at Grade D, Grades C and D, and Grade A respectively.

Benefits include 27 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and four additional days, flexi-time and pension scheme. We welcome applicants who prefer part-time or job-share arrangements.
