As a member of the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive the post holder will work as part of the Executive to enhance performance and efficiency through the development and effective management of the University’s people.

In particular, the role holder will: Lead, co-ordinate and implement the University’s People Strategy, leading and delivering transformational operational and strategic change to the People agenda. Be responsible for establishing a proactive and high performing HR function, ensuring that the needs of customers are met, that operational efficiency is demonstrable and that staff are developed to achieve success in line with the University’s Strategic Plan.
