CU Social Enterprise CIC has received funding to help participants develop their employability and enterprise skills to meet social challenges relevant tothemselves.
They will undertake a 12 week programme based on a specially developed Social Enterprise Toolkit which will take them through the essentials of identifying and addressing social challenges using a social enterprise approach.
This project forms part of the ConnectMe programme which is designed to provide customers with tailored and flexible support to overcome barriers in order to move closer towards and into employment. ConnectMe is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
The programme will focus on helping individuals develop a business plan that solves a social challenge that is important to them.
We are therefore looking for a passionate and energetic individual with strong business skills, a commitment to social and community enterprise and an ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
