The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic digital marketing specialist to plan, develop and track digital student recruitment campaigns as well as take an operational lead across the CRM system. It will be your role to use the University’s main recruitment channels to their best effect. Managing digital campaigns, liaising between the university and our media buyer, as well as evaluating our digital activity and reporting on performance against objectives will be essential in this role. Acting as an advisor to colleagues across the marketing and student recruitment team on all related matters will also be part and parcel of this varied position that will explore and test your digital marketing and social media know-how.

The Person

As well as an honours degree (or equivalent) you will have an excellent knowledge of online channels and their uses for marketing, communications and recruitment. You will have experience of using digital marketing channels for customer acquisition or student recruitment as well as an advanced knowledge of Google analytics and other social media and digital performance monitoring tools. Exceptional project management, strategic marketing planning and organisational skills are required for this position. You will be able to effortlessly communicate at all levels, enjoy working within a team environment and continually explore new digital platforms and how they can benefit higher education.
